CCA Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.51 per Share

NASHVILLE, TN -- (Marketwired) -- 08/14/14 -- CCA (NYSE: CXW) (the "Company" or "Corrections Corporation of America"), America's largest owner of partnership correctional and detention facilities, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.51 per share to be paid on October 15, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 2, 2014.
