NASHVILLE, Tenn. - May 12, 2004 - Corrections Corporation of America (NYSE: CXW) announced today that it will webcast its Annual Meeting of Stockholders, beginning at 11:00 a.m. EDT/10:00 a.m. CDT on Thursday, May 13, 2004.
A live broadcast of Corrections Corporation of America's annual meeting will be available on-line through the webcast section under the Investor page of the Company's website at www.correctionscorp.com. The on-line replay will be archived on the Company's website following the conference call.
