NASHVILLE, Tenn. - June 3, 2004 - Corrections Corporation of America (NYSE:CXW) today announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Irving E. Lingo, Jr. will present at the Lehman Brothers Global Services Conference, scheduled to be held at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York, New York, on June 8 and 9, 2004.

Mr. Lingo's presentation is scheduled for Tuesday, June 8, 2004, at 10:15 a.m. Eastern Time. A webcast of the presentation can be accessed live through http://customer.nvglb.com/LEHM002/060804a_rk/default.asp?entity=Corrections.
