NASHVILLE, Tenn. – September 13, 2007  Corrections Corporation of America (NYSE: CXW) the nation's largest provider of corrections management services to government agencies, announced today that John Ferguson, President and Chief Executive Officer, will present at Bank of America's 37th Annual Investment Conference at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in San Francisco, California.
