CoreCivic Announces Increase in Quarterly Cash Dividend to $0.43 Per Share

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Feb. 22, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CoreCivic, Inc.(NYSE:CXW) (the “Company") announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share to be paid on April 16, 2018, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 2, 2018.
